Newly renovated, bright and cozy guest house with year-round standard in Björlanda Kile. Here you are on your own at the top of our mountain plot and have a lovely view over sea, bays and small boat harbor. The cottage has an open floor plan and its own furnished terrace with sun all day and evening. ACCOMMODATION/FLOOR PLAN: • 25 well-planned square meters with open floor plan and equipped with most of the things you might need. • A partitioned sleeping alcove with two beds that can be combined into a double bed or used as a single bed by simply stacking them on top of each other. • A pleasant living room area with sofa, coffee table and TV, as well as dining area for two by the large window with a view over the bay. • A well-equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, two induction plates, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Also access to a gas grill on the host's terrace. • A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. COMMUNICATIONS: 25 min. by bus or car to central Gothenburg. • 700 m. to the bus stop Björlanda Kile and bus 38 to Skra Bro and change to bus 29 or 129 into Gothenburg. • 1.2 km to the bus stop Skra Bro and bus 29 or 129 into Gothenburg (park and ride available at Skra Bro). • 15 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bike to Volvo Cars Torslanda and Volvo Trucks Tuve. ACCESSIBILITY: • The guest house is for your own use with a private entrance. You live undisturbed and secluded two floors up, at the top of our mountain plot which you reach via the host's terrace deck. • The host lives in the main building on the second floor and the host's parents live in a separate apartment on the ground floor (we have a so-called generational living). • As the guest house is high located and has several stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for small children or persons with mobility impairments. INCLUDED in MONTHLY RENT: Electricity, water, heating, wifi and TV Washing machine and tumble dryer are available to use free of charge in the landlord's laundry room.
