Hello! We are renting out an apartment connected to our villa in Helenevik, Mölndal, near the border of Gothenburg. My wife, our three children, and I have lived there for six years. The previous tenant lived here for two years but moved out now that her studies were completed. We don't disturb each other, and the entrance is completely separate from the house. Close to Gbg: - Bus 754 runs right outside and takes 8 minutes to Liseberg Station, 15 minutes to Heden, or 14 minutes to Mölndal's center (the other direction). We ourselves work in the city and always leave the car at home. The area: A very quiet and peaceful area connected to a nature reserve with nice hiking trails and bathing spots. Among others, Gunnebo Castle, Råda and the Delsjö area. Perfect for those who love nature but still want to be close to the city. The apartment is completely detached, and we don't disturb each other. It's the black door on the right you see in the pictures. You become an "ordinary" neighbor in the area.
