Hjortstorpsvägen, Örebro

Hello! I have an apartment on Hjortstorpsvägen in the north, which I will rent out until further notice while waiting for a sale. The apartment is a 1.5 room (but feels like a 2 room due to good layout with a separate bedroom) of 44 sqm. Light influx from north and south, and balcony facing south. The apartment is close to both ICA and Coop, Lidl is a little further down the street. It is about a 20-minute walk to the center. Also close to the bus stop and outdoor areas. The apartment is unfurnished. There is a basement storage of about 2-3 sqm that you will be able to use, as well as an attic storage. There is a laundry room in the basement, there is usually never a problem booking times. Also, a small gym is available in the basement.
