A quiet and cozy accommodation with its own entrance, 5 minutes walk from the subway, furnished and ready with everything you need. Unfortunately, you cannot fry on the hotplate as there is no kitchen fan. Cozy patio on the inside of the courtyard with benches, trees, and a barbecue area. Parking is available right outside which you pay for yourself. Note that this is a residence for only one occupant. Viewing cannot take place now as it is rented until 30/9.
