Fully furnished outbuilding 40 sqm on a residential farm in an idyllic area. Open floor plan with kitchen/living room in one unit. Household utensils are available, but the tenant must bring their own sheets and towels. The house is located near the main building, with no oversight, but the driveway from the street is shared with the landlord. Everything is included: Heating, water, electricity, Internet, TV and Netflix, and parking space inside a locked gate. We are a Swedish family of three people + a cat and we prefer a female tenant. Chemistry is important as we cross paths almost daily. Only well-behaved individuals with a steady income, references, and no payment defaults need apply. No pets, no smokers. As there's no separate electricity meter, an electric car is not suitable. SINGLE OCCUPANTS ONLY, no room for personal furniture. Preferably a long-term tenant, minimum 6-month contract.
