Renting out my cozy apartment in Tomtebo! The apartment is a 2-room unit of 39.4 sqm where basic furniture, electricity, heating, water, storage, and parking are included. A washing machine was installed in the apartment in 2025. The apartment is for rent starting November 1st and for 1 year onwards - with the possibility of extension. The apartment is just a stone's throw from Nydalasjön and within walking/cycling distance to a grocery store, the university, gym, café/restaurant. There is also a bus stop right below the apartment.
