Cozy two-room apartment on a quiet and peaceful street centrally located on Kungsholmen. South-facing and with a balcony which provides a pleasant influx of light. Good transport options (subway, bicycle, bus, and airport bus), close to both S:t Eriksplan and Fridhemsplan where you will find many grocery stores and restaurants. It is possible to live 1-2 people in the apartment, I currently have a 120 cm bed but a 140 cm bed would fit in the bedroom. Rented out furnished, incl. fully equipped kitchen, but personal items are blocked off. Internet and heating are included in the rent, electricity is extra. Renting out my apartment one year at a time for cohabitation testing.
