A furnished ROOM for rent in a shared apartment. --- Please read the entire advertisement --- An apartment in the best location in Linné facing a lush green yard. Slottsskogen, Långgatorna, and Järntorget are just a few minutes' walk away. Bus 61 next to the house and a short walk to trams 1, 2, and 6 on Linnégatan. Electricity, broadband, TV, and household consumables are included for approximately 350 SEK/month in the rent. You also have access to a closet and a shared living room / bathroom / kitchen in addition to the room. We are looking for an ambitious person who studies or works full time. It is very important to have quiet time between approximately 22:30 and 07:00 on weekdays. We are two people aged 40 (woman, political science researcher) and 58 (man, urban planner) who are calm, responsible, and orderly. We work more than full time during the day and weekdays. I, the man, work in another city and come home some weekends. We want the apartment to be a peaceful place for recovery. We like honesty and sincerity and treat each other respectfully. We clean thoroughly after ourselves in the kitchen after cooking. We are very careful with hygiene and stay healthy. We consider each other. We don’t slam doors, and we listen to music through headphones. We do not hold parties. Simply a mature and calm environment. We mostly keep to ourselves. The kitchen sometimes becomes a short meeting place. We have it clean, modern, central, and economical but at the price of sharing an apartment with two other individuals 😊 The room being rented is number 2 in the floor plan. It is just over 20 square meters. There is a comfortable continental bed in the room that is 140 cm wide. It has washable protective covers for pillows and mattress. There is an ergonomic office chair at a height-adjustable desk in the room, a bookshelf, a large dresser, a bedside table, and various lamps. The room has a code lock on the door handle and only you know the code as it is reset with you when you move in. The apartment has two toilets, one of which has a bathtub. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, and a well-equipped kitchen with kitchen appliances. The building has a laundry room, storage, and a garage with a washing area. Garage queue. Right to residential parking in area M if you register at the address. Write a bit about yourself, what you do, how you sustain yourself, and if you have any questions that I haven't answered here. Write when you want to move in and for how long you plan to rent. The room is currently rented until the end of November but can be rented out from November 1st by agreement.
