Renting out my cozy apartment in the old town for a shorter period due to traveling abroad. The apartment is located in a quiet area with green spaces and hiking areas right next to the block. Walking distance to the city center and the bus stops right nearby and runs around the clock. Additionally, Helsfyr metro station is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Shops and cafes are in close proximity. There is free parking for residents in the area. Layout: 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway, and a balcony. Large sliding door wardrobe. Included in the rent: internet, cable TV, and water. 2 sofa beds, kitchen table with chairs, living room table with chairs, and a small desk as well as a glass cabinet. Refrigerator with freezer, stove and dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
