On the upper floor, there are 2.5 bedrooms, a WC, and a hall. From the house, it's a 10-minute walk to Donsö harbor. The ferry takes between 20-35 minutes to Saltholmen, and from there, trams and express buses run during rush hour. On the island, there is a well-stocked grocery store ICA, café, and restaurant. Common means of transport are bicycles and golf carts. In addition to the rent, there is an extra cost for electricity. There are a couple of nature trails and several bathing spots.
