As our current tenants have chosen to move from the island, we are looking for new tenants from October 1st. We are renting out our house in central Visby until June 13th, 2027, as we temporarily live in Stockholm. The house is an architect-designed villa of 123 sqm in a quiet area central in Visby (1.5 km to the center) with two bedrooms, two toilets, and an extra room with a sofa bed. Large terrace of approximately 70 sqm. Parking for several cars. Electric car charger available. The house is rented out fully furnished. Rental period October 1st, 2026 to June 13th, 2027. The rent includes electricity, water, internet, and garbage collection.
