Cozy little house (70 sqm) on a farm with horses and sheep. The house has an older standard, built in 1938, but is newly painted inside, and several rooms have new floors. Kitchen with space for a small dining table, living room, and two bedrooms (one of which is for a max 90 cm bed). Bathroom and separate shower room. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the basement. Own well with good drinking water quality, but sometimes in the summer, one must be aware that a low groundwater level may mean having to be a bit frugal. Road fee, garbage collection, and sewage are included. Electricity is additional. There is a bus stop nearby, but there are few departures. A 10-minute bike ride takes you to Jörlanda bus stop for public transport to Stenungsund, Kungälv, etc. In Jörlanda, there is also an Ica, pizzeria, school, and preschool. This accommodation suits 1-2 people, and for those who understand that an older house might mean slippers in the winter since there is no underfloor heating ☺️ The standard is also older. We have very good experiences with previous tenants. Smoking or dogs are not allowed. We prefer if you want to rent for at least 1 year.
