Partly forested plot, with 2 separate residential houses. The houses have completely separate patios and parking spaces. Shared yard space at the back of the house. Other; 2min bike ride to 2 bathing areas. Access to a rowboat. On certain days, traffic can be heard across the lake (outdoors) 15 minutes to the A6 area. All living costs are included, such as household electricity, heating, water, internet, TV with Chromecast, emptying of wells, garbage, parking. 9300 per month, for a private person, additional 15% for an additional person.
