Hello! I recently received a job offer in Malmö. It's quite new, so I haven't informed the landlord yet as I write this. I'm looking for someone who might be interested in swapping apartments from Malmö to Stockholm. However, I would like to keep my apartment, so this would involve renting out each other's apartments to one another as sublets. I don't have a specific time frame in mind, but you should be flexible enough to live in Stockholm for a longer period. We can agree on a trial period with each other and see how it feels afterward. It would also be good to do this with someone who isn't in a super rush to move right now since I still have to submit a rental application, so expect that it might take a month. If you're interested, please feel free to reach out! About the apartment: SORRY FOR HOW THE WALK-IN CLOSET LOOKS, managed to take a picture before it was cleaned. Quite a fresh apartment in a nice area. Forest right behind the building, and the city in front of the building. Family-friendly area. About a 7-minute walk to the subway. 12 minutes to the city by subway. Laundry room is 5 minutes away, (big laundry room where several people do laundry at the same time) but it is possible to install a washing machine in the bathroom, you would have to halve the shower and get help from the Swedish housing with installation, there is also a small extra cost on the rent if you want to do this since Swedish housing adds this to the rent. A cat lives in my home. The apartment will very likely be empty unless otherwise desired, it is open for discussion. Wish to rent: A 2-room apartment is a priority, but a large 1-room could work, possibly a 3-room with cheap rent. Preferably with a balcony. I have a cat, so it must be permissible to have pets there.
