We are renting out a 2-room apartment of about 50 sqm, located on the first floor of our residential building. The apartment is rented out unfurnished, but beds are available (if needed). The apartment consists of: * Living room / Dining area * Smaller bedroom * Kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer * Bathroom with washing machine * Large covered patio Parking space is available adjacent to the residence. The residence is located in a beautiful archipelago environment, with only about 100 meters to your own dock. The surrounding area offers nice walking paths and beautiful nature - a peaceful and nature-close residence with proximity to the water. Electricity and wifi are included in the rent. The rent is paid in advance. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required at the contract signing. A reference is required. The apartment is about 12 minutes by car from Åkersberga. Bus connections are limited, so a personal car is preferred. We are looking for a responsible person or couple who appreciates a quiet living environment in a beautiful archipelago setting.
