I'm looking for a tenant for my 51.5 square meter two-room apartment in Postipuisto, Helsinki! The apartment is located at Postiljooninkatu 19, right at the southern tip of Postipuisto. ✨Available from September 1st at the earliest. Rental period can be either fixed-term (if the tenant wishes) or until further notice. ✨The apartment can be rented partially or fully furnished if desired. ✨Rent is 1180 €/month + 20 €/month/person for water consumption. Additional water consumption will be billed annually. ✨Suitable for couples as well. ✨Pets allowed. ✨Comprehensive home insurance is required and credit information will be checked. ✨Very peaceful and convenient location. Buses 23 and 63 leave from behind the building and it's a 15-minute walk to Ilmala station. A school is being built opposite the building, and a daycare and central park forests are nearby. The housing company is calm, and the neighbors are super nice and reliable. Our building was the first to be completed in the area in 2020, and many residents are still the original ones. Families are always playing in the courtyard, and the shared sauna and community house are in frequent use. The apartment is on the entrance floor, which is especially convenient when walking a pet or with strollers. Directly opposite is a laundry room with a washing machine, drying room, and drying cabinet. Use of the laundry room is free, and slots are readily available.
