A suitable studio apartment of 36 m² will be available from the beginning of October -26, from the second floor of a quiet building with an elevator, in a peaceful area yet close to Tampere city center. The distance to the central square is only about 3 km, about 15 minutes by bike. It is also accessible by bus and streetcar once it's completed. The alcove fits a double bed, there is a storage room that serves as junk storage, the kitchen can fit a small table for 4, the bathroom (with underfloor heating) has space for a washing machine (the machine is in use as long as it works, otherwise there is a laundry room and drying room in the building). The kitchen has been renovated, and there is a dishwasher. The apartment has laminate floors. DNA 10 Mbit/s broadband is included in the rent (requires the purchase of a modem). The building has a sauna, laundry room, and ironing room, and apartment-specific storage facilities. The parking situation is to be confirmed with the building manager. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the apartment. The tenant must have a valid comprehensive home insurance throughout the tenancy. A two-month guarantee is required for the duration of the tenancy, either as cash to the landlord’s account or a rent guarantee account opened by the tenant at the bank. Credit history will be checked and must be clear of any entries.
