3-room apartment in Björkekärr available for rent from October indefinitely. Our family is moving abroad, and therefore we will rent out our lovely apartment on Smögengatan in Göteborg / Björkekärr. A stone's throw from Härlanda tjärn and nature, as well as the eastern hospital with good connections to the city. The apartment is 80 square meters with double bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Nice ceiling height and light inflow, as well as a large balcony with evening sun. Our second bedroom is quite small, but can be converted into a smaller nursery or guest room/office. We are keen to find the right tenants.
