I'm renting out my gem! Very nice, fresh, and beautiful one-bedroom apartment in a quiet area. Everything you need is in the area. Close to nature while having everything in the vicinity, such as grocery stores, gyms, schools, preschools, small shops, convenience stores, and restaurants. Very good communication via bus or subway to central Sundbyberg and the city center. The bus is 2 minutes from the apartment. If you have a car, you can apply for garage spaces or residential parking just outside the door. By car, you can reach the Mall of Scandinavia in 6 minutes or downtown in 10-12 minutes. Close to everything. Included in the rent: broadband (Wi-Fi), TV channels via Telenor, and normal consumption of electricity and hot water. If you want an alarm on the apartment via Sector Alarm, it can be connected for a fee of 279 SEK per month. Looking for one or two responsible tenants who can take care of my apartment for a period. I'm open to both long-term and short-term tenants. If you want to rent short-term, an additional fee of 1000 SEK will apply as it takes a lot of time and energy to arrange with tenants so often.
