Some price negotiation is possible. 🏠 About the apartment: The apartment is a fully furnished and equipped studio, suitable for one or two people. The kitchen, living area and sleeping area are all part of the same open-plan space. 📍 About the area: Good public transport connections to the city centre and Herttoniemi Ferry connection to the city centre Bus connection to Herttoniemi metro station every 7–10 minutes Grocery store around a 10-minute walk away Larger shopping centre around a 10-minute bus ride away The sea is only about a 5-minute walk away 🌊 Parks, nature areas and beaches are also nearby 🌿 It’s a really peaceful and nature-oriented area while still being well connected to the rest of Helsinki.
