I am renting out my apartment at Karlbergsvägen 9A in Stockholm as I am trying living with my boyfriend in Gothenburg. The apartment has recently been rented out, but unfortunately, my current tenant needs to move to Malmö due to work changes. Therefore, the apartment is now available for rent again. Move-in is from October 1, but can take place earlier by agreement if desired. The apartment is rented out until March 1, with the possibility of extension. The apartment is 32 sqm and has a well-planned layout as well as 3 meters in ceiling height. It has fine turn-of-the-century details, including a tiled stove, and an alcove with a 140 cm bed. There is also a walk-in closet with good storage options. The alcove makes the sleeping area somewhat separate from the rest of the apartment, while the other part works nicely as a living room and dining area. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple who want to live centrally and comfortably. It is located on Karlbergsvägen with proximity to public transport, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and nice walking paths. I am looking for a well-behaved and responsible tenant who takes good care of the residence.
