This is a bit special as we are traveling for just over 2 months and thought to take the opportunity to rent out our house if we find the right tenant. - Nice house. - Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Space is available in the basement/garage if you, as the renter, want to store your own furniture. - Newly renovated toilet with shower on the ground floor. - Basement with guest room and office, plus extra toilet/shower. - Electricity, internet, water, etc. are included. - We are easily reachable via, for example, messenger if needed, and a neighbor can help if something is required. - An extra bedroom exists that is not included in the pictures; the idea is to place our own private belongings there. Note, we have two cats. They go in and out via the cat flap in the basement and have food and water down there. We would like them to stay in the house while we travel, and they mainly require refilling of food and water every other day or so. Then, there's more you can gladly do, like grooming them occasionally or playing with them. It is possible to close the door in the basement so that they don't run around the entire house if needed, but when we are home, they are all over the house. If you are interested, please write why you want to rent. The rent is negotiable but the dates cannot be adjusted as this is the period we will be away.
