Rent out room. Lodger in about 67 square meter apartment. 2-room apartment, own room for lodger in the bedroom. Bed available. TV. Small balcony. Preferably quick move-in. 1 month at a time to start with, mother lives here but is hospitalized and I don't think she will come home. Hence 1 month at a time, but could probably be longer. We'll have to talk about it. Comfort, kindness most important. No drug problems. No one who gets drunk daily. Calm, orderly person. I am 100% kind. Interests music, film, etc. 1 person. You don’t bring lots of friends here for parties. Boyfriends/Girlfriends should not sleep over. Bad experience of that from previous lodgers. Otherwise, it's important to have fun and get along. You can sit in the living room, kitchen, watch TV together if you feel like it. Comfort is A and O for me.
