In the room there's a sofa bed, coffee table, TV table, rug, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The second floor is a large bedroom/living room. The rent includes: water, internet, and parking. Good communication. It takes: 20 minutes to walk, 4 minutes by bus, and 4 minutes by car to Barkarby station. From Barkarby station it takes 15 minutes to Stockholm city. Preferably, I would like to rent to one person or a couple. A one-month rent deposit is required.
