Charming and quiet apartment with a balcony facing the courtyard and a very good location with both lively atmosphere and greenery. Close to Mosebacke, Folkungagatan, and Nytorget, as well as several parks and the lush Katarina Churchyard. I usually walk with a coffee cup to Corneliuspark and drink morning coffee with a view over the Old Town and Skeppsholmen. Excellent connections. Only 3 minutes to both the red and green lines (Slussen and Medborgarplatsen). Even closer to Tjärhovsplan with, among others, Blue Bus 2 and 3. Commuter trains are available at Södra station about a 10-minute walk or via bus. The association has pleasant neighbors and two shared rooftop terraces with fantastic views. The apartment has a washing machine with an integrated dryer.
