The apartment is rented out on its own contract outside of Qasa. Monthly rent: 12,900 SEK. Possible move-in from October 26th. The residence is a classic functionalist apartment with a ceiling height of 2.8 meters, a separate kitchen and living room, a smaller bathroom, and a bedroom. The residence is high up in the building, and with a nice park outside, you get an incredible view. Beautiful sunrises and almost no overlooking. From the apartment, you can see Turning Torso, Triangeln, and Kronprinsen. The housing association is very attractive and well-functioning. The area has good public transport, bike lanes, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Stortorget. Around the building, you will find several of Malmö’s most attractive restaurants, cafés, as well as an ICA nearby and a Coop 500 meters away. The residence is also a stone’s throw from the beach and Slottsparken. The rent includes internet, hot water, electricity, and a larger attic storage. The building has two large laundry rooms with three washing machines each, dryers, and drying rooms. Also, two smaller weekly laundry rooms. The association also has a common sauna, a small gym, a social room, and a crafts room. The backyard is lush, with barbecue facilities and seating. The apartment is rented out partially furnished if desired. Note that this does not include all furniture and decorations in the pictures. It is rented out indefinitely but with a one-year contract set with the possibility of extension. I am looking for an individual or a couple who are orderly, responsible, and considerate. It is important to me that you take good care of the residence, show consideration to neighbors, and see the rental as a long-term living situation.
