The residence is a new construction that was started in 2021 by JM bygg. In the fall of 2023, the area has been completed. The walking distance to Älvsjö station/square is approximately 3-4 minutes. There are alternative communication routes from Älvsjö station, commuter trains, and buses that extend to all lines around Stockholm as well as direct commuter trains to Uppsala. The distance to grocery stores and restaurants is the same. Move-in date is September 1, 2026. The apartment is 30 sqm with its own patio of 13 sqm with screen walls. The cost of hot water and internet is included in the rent, but electricity costs are additional. Negotiable. The residence is excellent for two people. One month's rent in advance and a deposit are paid in connection with the signing of the contract/handing over of keys.
