The balcony gets afternoon sun, and the apartment is located right next to a bus stop for buses 7 and 1. You can reach the city center in just over ten minutes. There are good cycle paths to the train station and the city center, which you can reach in a ten-minute bike ride. A nearby ICA store is located at Årsta square. The triple-glazed windows provide good sound insulation from the outside. Restaurants are also close at hand. There are a couple of parks within walking distance. I think the home is suitable for one person or a couple. There is a spacious wardrobe behind sliding doors in the bedroom. It is rented furnished or partially furnished, as agreed upon at the time of rental. Water and electricity come at an additional cost, which usually amounts to about 600 SEK per month for me. Internet costs extra if you wish to have it. There is a small storage space in the attic.
