Hi, I'm looking for a fellow girlie to share this 2-bedroom apartment with. The second bedroom is available to rent long-term. :) 🏠 About the apartment The apartment is located near Bogstadveien, about a 15-minute walk from Majorstuen station. If you enjoy café hopping and being close to everything Oslo has to offer, it's a great location. There are several grocery stores nearby (Kiwi, Rema, Meny, Coop, and Jacobs), as well as multiple gym options including Evo, Fresh Fitness, and SATS Bislett. Public transport is easily accessible, with the Homansbyen tram stop just across the street, bus 21 around the corner, and Majorstuen station and Nationaltheatret within walking distance. The apartment is 77 m², fully furnished, and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. The room for rent is 7 m² and comes furnished with a 150x200 cm bed (I also have a smaller bed available if preferred), a dresser, a bedside table, and a mirror. There's also a bod. Internet, heating, and water are included in the rent, while electricity is shared separately. The building has central heating and a fellesvaskeri, which helps keep the electricity bill relatively low. For reference, electricity has typically been around 600 NOK per month for two people during winter. 🙋🏻‍♀️ About me I'm 34 and have been living in Norway for the past 11 years. Despite that, I still struggle with Norwegian, so I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind speaking English or Spanish. I work a typical 9–5 job and have a hybrid setup (work from home some days). After work, you'll usually find me going for a walk, working out, meeting friends, or knitting while watching something in the background. On weekends, I enjoy exploring cafés and having brunch around the city. If you're also a brunch girlie or enjoy spending a Saturday or Sunday morning with a good cup of coffee, I'd be happy to join you. :) I'd say I'm more on the introverted side and enjoy having a calm, peaceful home. I rarely host guests and would prefer to live with someone who also doesn't host often. I like to keep common areas tidy and clean up after myself. 👯‍♀️ We'll get along if... - You're comfortable agreeing on practical things upfront, such as a cleaning schedule, taking turns with the trash, and rotating responsibility for shared household items. - You keep shared spaces reasonably tidy. - You enjoy a relatively calm home environment, don't host often. - Don't smoke (I have allergies).
