About a 5-minute subway ride to Slussen. 1 minute walking distance to the water. 10 minutes walking distance to Liljeholmstorget. Several restaurants and pubs are located in the neighborhood. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and internet. I am looking for a tenant who intends to rent for a longer period, at least 6 months, preferably longer.
