The residence is a new development started in 2021 by JM Construction. By autumn 2023, the area has been fully built. It's about a 3-4 minute walk to Älvsjö station/square. There are alternative communication routes from Älvsjö station, with commuter trains and buses reaching all lines around Stockholm as well as direct commuter trains to Uppsala. The distance to grocery stores and restaurants is the same. Move-in date is September 1, 2026. The apartment is 30 sqm with a private patio of 13 sqm with screen walls. The cost for hot water and internet is included in the rent, however, electricity costs are additional. Can be discussed. The residence is excellent for two people. One month's rent in advance and a deposit are paid when the contract is signed/keys are handed over.
