We have a furnished student room in a villa for rent, immediate occupancy, own staircase up. The other room will be rented by a student. The rooms are on the upper floor on each side of the house. In the middle between the rooms, there is a shared WC/shower and a small kitchen equipped with a stove/oven/dishwasher and fridge/freezer, all newly renovated. There is a shared laundry room in the basement for washing. The room includes a table, bed, three wardrobes, etc. Close to the local bus which is a direct line to the university and airport bus, about 200m, city center and IKSU Plus about a 20-minute walk, about halfway to the University. It's completely fine to walk or cycle to. A bicycle can be rented. Close to Avion/IKEA, three grocery stores, pizzeria, health center, dentist, etc. Of course, Internet in the room, Wi-Fi and Ethernet CAT-6 250 mbps. Non-smokers only.
