A fully furnished apartment is for rent from October 1 to a responsible person. I am renting out the entire apartment with access to common areas such as the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The room is approximately 24 sqm and includes a bed (90x200cm) with a bedside table, a desk with a chair, and a wardrobe. The apartment is located in Vaksalatorg in central Uppsala, close to a bus stop with almost all city buses and regional buses. It takes 5 minutes by bus to the central station and most places are within a 3-minute bike ride. It's walking distance to The monthly rent is 5200 SEK including electricity and internet. A deposit of one month's rent must be paid before moving in and will be refunded after moving out (upon inspection of the room). I am looking for calm people who are non-smokers, have no pets, are not party-goers, and are generally orderly. Move-in is immediate up to October 1, 2026.
