Hi! I’m looking for someone who could take over my first hand contract in Vallentuna! I’m looking for somebody who could take it over as soon as possible, from the beginning of September would be ideal. It’s an apartment with a separate bedroom, with a nice patio in a very quiet neighborhood. 34 square meters with lots of closet space. The building is new, I was the first tenant since it was built. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. The rent is 9038 SEK per month plus utilities (for me it was around 400 SEK a month). There is an underground garage that costs 1300 per month although outside there is place to park for free. If you’d like more pictures or information please don’t be scared to reach out!
