Older cottage in pine on lakefront property. Older style but in good condition. 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen with a refrigerator and small integrated freezer. Two hotplates and an oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a smaller washing machine. Patio outside and a smaller conservatory at the entrance. Parking included. 4 beds. 2 beds that are 90X200 and a bunk bed with beds of 80X200. You have access to the dock in the summer season (rocky and muddy lake bottom, so you need to swim out from the dock). The property is shared with us as we will be renovating the main building on the property, so we take care of mowing the lawn, etc., and use the garage next door, etc. Electricity subscription and electric network you need to sign up for yourself. Sewage emptying and garbage collection are included in the price. Snow shoveling is extra in winter, and be prepared to shovel a little yourself just around the cottage/parking in winter. There is a wood-burning stove, but it is not in use right now, but we will book a time for this in the fall.
