Room for student in Årstaberg near Södermalm – 5 500 SEK (all inclusive) Hi! Ahead of the semester start, I am renting out a bright and nice room of approx. 8 sqm in my 4-room apartment in Årstaberg. The room is rented out fully furnished and is ready for move-in immediately or by agreement. Perfect location for students The location is ideal if you are studying in Stockholm and want central living with convenient commutes: • Quick access to campus: From Årstaberg station (a 2-minute walk away), the commuter train takes you directly to Stockholm University (SU), KTH (via Odenplan/Stockholms Östra), and Karolinska Institutet (KI) without any complicated transfers. • Close to Södermalm: You can bike or walk over to Södermalm (Tanto) in just 10–15 minutes. About the room and apartment • Your room: Approx. 8 sqm, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a desk/workspace for studying. • Shared spaces: We share a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Who lives here? You will be sharing the home with me and my children, who live here on a bi-weekly basis (every other week). This means the home is lively and family-oriented during the weeks the children are here, while it is very quiet and peaceful for studying during the weeks I live here alone. We also have two cats in the home, so you must enjoy pets and not have any allergies. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an orderly, non-smoking student (or full-time employee) with a stable financial situation. Since children and cats live here, it is important that you love animals and feel comfortable in a family environment where we respect each other's space and study hours. Rent and terms • Rent: 5 500 SEK/month. • What is included? Everything! Furniture, electricity, heating, water, and fast Wi-Fi are all included in the rent.
