Detached cottage (30 sqm + 15 loft) in a quiet residential area, five minutes' walk from the subway (Mörby centrum) - a quarter by subway to T-Centralen. The house has its own yard, with both a sunny terrace and a lawn. It is possible to park the car on the gravel driveway. The house has a spacious living room, a small kitchen with a dining area. Large bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine with dryer function. Stable stairs up to the sleeping loft. There is some furniture (such as free-standing wardrobes and dressers, more furniture can be offered if the tenant desires it). Rent includes electricity, water, broadband, and waste collection. We are renting out the house because we ourselves do not need the space. The house has only had two previous tenants, who have been happy for longer periods. We value a good and long-term relationship.
