I am renting out my guest accommodation from August 31, 2026, until May 31, 2027. The apartment, spread over two floors with a total of 70 square meters, is fresh and is rented out furnished and fully equipped with everything that might be needed. The accommodation is located in the Karlskrona archipelago near Nättraby, the sea, and nature and at the same time not far from the city of Karlskrona. The entrance level contains a hallway, newly renovated modern kitchen, storage, fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and sauna. The upstairs consists of a wardrobe and 2 rooms, one of which is a combined bedroom and living room. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people as long-term accommodation and is rented out to a maximum of 2 people on a long-term contract, but up to 5 beds are available if there is a need for a temporary visit. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk with a desk chair. The living room is among other things furnished with a chaise lounge sofa that can be turned into a 140 cm wide double bed. The guest accommodation is adjacent to a garage. The location of the accommodation is in a scenic setting 15 km from Karlskrona center and 12 km to Blekinge Institute of Technology and Blekinge Hospital. It is about 500 meters down to the sea and there is the possibility of swimming both from the beach, jetty, and cliffs, all within walking distance. The nearest locality with grocery stores and other services is Nättraby, which is 2.5 km from Grönadal and the accommodation. Communication: County traffic bus connection, Line 154 and 5. The bus stop is about 500m from the accommodation with direct connection and express bus on several departures, otherwise with connection bus, to i.e. the university BTH, the hospital, and Karlskrona center. Consumed electricity in the guest accommodation is read off on its own electric meter, billed monthly, and separately reported as part of the monthly rent. The estimated monthly cost for electricity is on average just over 1000kr per month over the period September - May. The fixed monthly rent includes water, garbage collection, 1 parking space, fully furnished accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, and wireless Wifi Internet. The guest accommodation is insured, however, the tenant needs to arrange their own home insurance. Other conditions: The accommodation is rented from August 31, 2026 - May 31, 2027. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in the accommodation!
