Welcome to our home on Kungsholmen – a bright and lovely three-room apartment of 92 m² with two bedrooms and a really generous terrace of 30 m². The apartment faces entirely towards the quiet courtyard, no windows facing the street, so it's peaceful and pleasant to live here. Outside, tall bushes provide privacy, and the terrace becomes like an extra room for most of the year. The layout is practical and social with two bedrooms. We have maintained the apartment well since we moved in – the walls are freshly painted, and we have installed a new oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. For those who prefer to avoid stairs, this is perfect: the apartment is half a floor up, but there is an elevator. On the same floor, there is also a stroller storage. The location is one of the best aspects of the area. It's just a minute down to the water, and along Hornsbergs Strand, there are beautiful walking paths with a wide range of restaurants and cafes along the quay. It's about a five-minute walk to ICA. Around the corner, there's a park, swimming facility, soccer field, and tennis court, and from here, it's easy to walk around the entire Kungsholmen, towards the city, or over to the 4H farm. Most of what you need is within reach. Transport connections are smooth. You have both the blue and green lines within convenient walking distance – Stadshagen (blue line) and Kristineberg (green line) are both an 8–10 minute walk away, and from there, it's a quick trip to T-Centralen and further out into the city. Several buses are also nearby. We are renting out our home while we are away for a period. We are thinking for a year and possibly up to 1.5 years. However, we need to be back by the summer of 2028 when our son starts school in the fall of the same year.
