We have 1 room in our terraced house, of 6.5 sqm, which is rented from October 1st 2026 and until further notice. The room is furnished with bed, simple desk, closet, and a small box with drawers. Toilet, on the upper floor with bathtub, is shared by the tenants. We have a man from Greece renting another room. We all share the washing machine & dryer. Cleaning of the upper bathroom is shared by those who rent, must be cleaned every week. The toilet on the lower floor is the one we use. Cleaning of own room + toilet upstairs is handled by tenants, other spaces are cleaned by us. Shared kitchen for everyone with dishwasher, large fridge & freezer. Kitchen equipment is available. Different shelves in the fridge/freezer that we share, and the same with pantry drawers. Balcony on the upper floor, 2 patios on the lower floor, one of which has a roof. Grill available for use. Broadband Telia is available 100 MB. 6-7 min walk to the bus stop, 10 min to ICA shop. There is a house cat that is inside a little from time to time. Rent: SEK 3800/month incl. Electricity & Internet, 3 months' notice applies mutually. Rent payment takes place no later than the 27th of the following month. Magnus & Rachel.
