Welcome to Holbergsallmenningen 9B – a pleasant and central housing offer between Bergen city center and Nordnes. We have several available rooms distributed across three spacious apartments on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The rooms vary in size and price, so you can choose the room and collective that suits you best. None of the apartments or bedrooms have ground-level windows. Several of the rooms and common areas have sea views. You don't need to bring an entire group of friends. The rooms are rented individually, and we assemble the collectives. Here you get your own private room, while also having plenty of space for meals, relaxation, and socializing. The kitchens have appliances. The apartments and rooms are otherwise rented unfurnished. We can arrange furniture packages if anyone wants it. The rooms are well-suited for students and young professionals who want to live centrally and be part of a pleasant and tidy collective. Rent and costs Rent from NOK 6,500 per month. The final price depends on the size and location of the room. Electricity and internet are additional. Location Holbergsallmenningen is very centrally located between Bergen city center and Nordnes. The pedestrian street in Strandgaten is nearby and offers shops, cafes, restaurants, and pleasant city life. Grocery stores, gyms, and public transport are within a short walking distance.
