Updated pictures coming when the previous resident moves out! A brown laminate floor, an air-source heat pump, and 'soundproof' panels have been installed in the apartment to create an ambiance. The apartment is in the peace of the countryside where there are still neighbors nearby, so you don't necessarily have to be alone :) The village community is active and organizes events from time to time. Families with children are nearby, and the age range is quite broad, so playmates are surely available! School transportation goes to the Siikasalmi and Liperi schools, and at least once a day, a bus runs from Heinävesi to Liperi/Joensuu and back. There is a heating pole for your car. The apartment is basically clean and mold-free, seeking a tenant. The apartment has an air-source heat pump, dishwasher, and new flooring. Water is by consumption, so it is easier for the resident to manage their usage and the bill. The security deposit payment can be made in installments, which will of course be returned when the tenant moves out. Pets are welcome! There is a dog enclosure in the yard. The house's ground floor has a sauna, laundry room, and shared garage. Near the row house is a jogging track, which in winter is a ski trail, and a football field with goals is next to it. A pond is also quite nearby where you can swim in the summer, and the yard has berry bushes. There is a recycling point about 3 km away.
