Cozy villa with its own terrace and 2 parking spaces. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated about 4 years ago. Rent 6500kr/month. The house is partially heated with ducting from a shared geothermal heat pump, but some supplementary heating may be needed during winter. There is a wood stove in the kitchen and a new air heat pump from 2026. Household electricity is not included in the rent and costs about 400-600kr/month in the summer and up to 1500kr/month during the coldest months. The house is located on our farm where there are horses, goats, sheep, and chickens as well as dogs and cats. There is also the possibility to rent stable space and we would prefer if you who rent appreciate having animals around you.
