Updated pictures coming when the previous resident moves out! The apartment has been fitted with brown laminate flooring, an air heat pump, and "soundproof" panels on the walls to create an atmosphere. The apartment is in the peace of the countryside, yet there are still neighbors nearby so you don’t necessarily have to sit alone :) The village community is active and organizes events from time to time. There are also families with children nearby, and the age range is quite wide, so there are surely playmates! School transportation is available to Siikasalmi and Liperi schools, and at least once a day a bus runs from Heinävesi to Liperi/Joensuu and back. There is a heating pole available for your own car. The apartment is basically clean and mold-free, and a tenant is being sought. It has an air heat pump, a dishwasher, and newly installed flooring. Water is according to usage, making it easier for the resident to manage consumption and the bill. The deposit payment can be made in parts, which will of course be returned when the tenant moves out. Pets are welcome! There is an enclosure for dogs outside. The ground floor of the house has a sauna, laundry room, and shared garage. Nearby the row house, there is a track that serves as a ski trail in winter, a football field next door + goals, and a pond where you can swim in the summer, and berry bushes can be found in the yard.
