If you don’t have a car, there is a bus stop nearby. It’s about 3.5 km to Arendal city center, making it easy to walk or bike as well. The balcony gets plenty of sun. Enjoy the view and take a swim in the sea. Løkholmen is just a short walk away. There are plenty of shops at Krøgenes, about 1.4 km away. The forest is right up the hill at Engehaven if you enjoy cross‑country skiing, sledding, biking, and more. Available until May, but extension may be possible. We plan to offer short‑term rentals from May to August 2027. The price is therefore set lower than usual for the season. Price: 10,500 NOK, including electricity, internet, parking space, and optionally a boat space for a small boat.
