Nice apartment on the ground floor of a villa for rent. You have a completely private, secluded entrance to the apartment. The apartment offers a cozy kitchen with space for a 4-person table (table and chairs are provided). Large closet right as you enter, perfect for all outerwear. There is a large room with space for a bed and a small sofa. Here you also have a small walk-in closet. In the tiled bathroom, you have both a shower and your own washing machine. The rest of the villa is distributed over two more upper floors. You can reach Stuvsta station in about a 12-minute walk (and of course even faster for those who want to bike). A large Coop is about a 7-minute walk away. We are looking for someone who is a calm person and who will take good care of our rental apartment :-) We are unsure of the exact square meters, but at least 35 sqm I would say.
