A room with a private toilet is available for rent in a three-room apartment in a family-friendly and cozy area in Skogås. We seek a non-smoking, pet-free, and hygiene-conscious female tenant who keeps her space clean and in good condition. Move-in is possible from October 1st. The apartment is located on the top floor with a nice view, plenty of sun, and privacy. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a storage/wardrobe, and a hallway. As a tenant, you will have access to your own private toilet, the living room, and the kitchen. The apartment is shared with another female tenant who lives in the other room. The apartment is near Skogås center with good communications to Stockholm C via commuter train (takes about 20 minutes) and a connection to the green line from Farsta beach. Several buses to Farsta center and good connections to Haninge center and Länna shopping area. Outside the apartment, there are barbecue spots, several schools, and playgrounds within walking distance. The rent includes heating, hot water, electricity, parking space, and internet. Electricity is included based on historical consumption; excessive use will incur an additional charge.
