I am going away for 6 months and therefore renting out my apartment in Södermalm. The apartment is rented furnished and has a very central and pleasant location with a view over the cozy Bysistorget. Right outside the door, there is a wide range of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and other services with the subway around the corner. All operating costs are included in the rent. The apartment is rented furnished and is fully equipped for a comfortable living. A laundry room is available in the building. I am looking for a reliable and responsible tenant who will take good care of the apartment while I am away. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required, and the notice period is three months.
