About the residence Bright and pleasant apartment of 40 sqm in Kungsladugård. The apartment is rented out fully furnished and consists of a spacious living room/bedroom, separate kitchen, and bathroom. Everything needed to move in and feel at home is in place. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, and internet. Kungsladugård is, in my opinion, one of the best areas in Gothenburg – quiet and green, yet close to everything. Mariaplan with cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and trams is just around the corner, and Slottsskogen is a few minutes' walk away. There are also nice walking and jogging paths nearby. The tram provides a smooth ride into central Gothenburg in about 10–15 minutes. I am renting out the apartment because I will be living abroad for the coming year and am therefore looking for someone who wants to take care of it and have it as their home during this time. I am primarily looking for a well-behaved and reliable tenant who appreciates a peaceful and pleasant living environment.
