Additionally, the plot has another cottage shaped like a hut that includes a living room, a kitchenette, and a shower room/toilet. Each cottage has its own terrace. The heating method is direct electricity, and the main cottage also has an air-source heat pump. Both cottages also have a small fireplace. The cottage is located in the village of Tiainen, 60 kilometers from the center of Rovaniemi, on the bank of the Raudanjoki river. The cottages are rented furnished. In addition to rent, the tenant must pay for electricity and water, both according to consumption. The tenant must also order and pay for snow plowing of the cottage road. The lease is made until further notice, but the tenant commits to an agreement of at least one (1) year.
